The Prime Minister discusses ways to govern the the system of importing cars to disabled people.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today, to discuss ways to govern the system of importing cars to disabled people, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, Mr. Ahmed Kajuk, Minister of Finance, and Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, Counselor Adnan Fangri, Minister of Justice, and a number of officials of the three ministries.

The Prime Minister started the meeting by indicating that the government is currently working on the governance of the import system of cars to disabled people, in light of the practices monitored by some to benefit from this advantage that the state gives to our families with disability.

The Prime Minister pointed out that the procedures that will be implemented related to the system of importing cars to disabled people, would contribute to the governance of this system and follow up on its various steps, in order to achieve the desired goals of the arrival of the state's advantage to the beneficiaries.

The Prime Minister stressed that in the context of dealing with these practices and violations, various legal measures will be taken and the penalties for each of the beneficiaries of the healthy people who obtained something that is not his right, as well as the owner of an integrated services card with disability, who has been excessive and wins from what the state provides to him from an advantage, this is in addition to the acquisition of the various dues and rights of the state in this regard.

 
Counselor Mohamed Al -Homsani, the spokesperson for the Council of Ministers, stated that one of the formed committees examined and reviewed the position of about 450 cars, and it was found that most of the beneficiaries of these cars are citizens who are not disabled, and that some citizens with disability who were obtained by their names, They do not know anything about it and do not use it, but other healthy people are the ones who enjoy this benefit that the state has given to people of disability. 

The meeting witnessed the discussion and review of a number of proposals related to a set of procedures for the governance of the system of importing cars for people of disability, as well as the proposed legislative amendment, in a way that contributes to completing the link between the various concerned authorities to achieve the right to those who deserve it, and to prevent manipulation and preserve the state's dues.
