Special Economic Zones

The competent body entrusted with the management and development of the zone shall notify the Authority with the license issued by the Authority for the project of special economic zone.

The decision to practice shall clarify the nature and purpose of the activity in detail.

The Authority shall review all kinds of papers, records and documents, carry out a sudden inventory for the established projects of the special economic zones by a committee of the Authority and the competent authority of managing the region in the presence of the project representative, and the necessary matching is made on the balances, and the project is notified of the result of the inventory and matching, and the provisions of the law are applied regarding the deficit and unjustified increase. 

The provisions of the Law of Special Economic Zones, its Executive Regulations and the decisions implementing it shall apply to projects established under the system of Special Economic Zones.
