Prime Minister’s Decree No. 1801 of 2023 concerning the exemption of imports of gold in semi-finished forms, as well as those intended for monetary circulation, ornaments and precious metal parts thereof, which are brought in the company of those coming from abroad, from customs tax and other fees, except for the value-added tax, for a period of six months, and it is effective from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
