Egyptian customs receive a delegation of Chinese investors to enhance foreign investment:
Mr. / Al-Shahat Gutouri, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and head of the Customs Authority, received a delegation of Chinese businessmen, on Wednesday,10 /7/2024, in coordination with the Egyptian-Chinese Businessmen Association, within the framework of joint cooperation and support for foreign investments in Egypt.
• It is worth noting that Mr. Gutouri accompanied the Chinese delegation on a visit to the city of Kharga, to discuss ways to implement promising projects in the field of agriculture and renewable solar energy, and the visit was received by His Excellency the Governor of the New Valley and the visit comes as a result of the cooperation protocol concluded by the Egyptian Customs Authority with the Egyptian-Chinese Businessmen Association, and the Authority also participated in the agricultural economic conference held by the Egyptian-Chinese Businessmen Foundation, which included a high-level Chinese agricultural delegation, a number of Egyptian government officials and a number of Egyptian businessmen from Agricultural exporters in coordination with the Authority, the Export Council for Food Industries and the Export Council for Agricultural Crops.
