Issuance of the commissioner’s Instructions Circular No. 29 of 2023 regarding facilitating the customs procedures to be followed when transporting goods and containers from Egyptian seaports to dry ports Which stipulates that in cases other than suspicion or submission of written notifications from the competent authorities, shipments arriving at dry ports or any other ports or special economic zones, which are transported according to the indirect transit goods system, are subject to the green customs release path, with only being displayed on X-RAY scanning devices.
