Procedures Circular No. (9) for the year 2023:

Regarding the request to establish a project aimed at transforming Cairo Airport into a pivotal airport to work on increasing revenues and dollar proceeds by attracting, bringing and collecting shipments from various countries of the world by Egypt Airlines for the fee of Cairo Port and then re-shipping them to the sisterly country of Libya, and unifying and organizing the procedures for re-shipping goods for which a customs declaration and customs control provisions have not been recorded.
