Instructions Circular of the Head of Customs Authority No. (20) for the year 2024:
Related to the instructions issued regarding the follow -up of the implementation of the Advanced Cargo System for  shipments and customs ports in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law No. 207 for the year 2020 and its executive regulations and in implementation of the assignments issued in this regard.
We reaffirm all customs sites, the commitment not to allow any goods contained through or release goods through sea ports except after ensuring that the shipment gets the ACID Identificatio number before shipment, and no exceptions are allowed that would occur outside the system.
