Within the framework of the keenness of the Egyptian Customs to provide all customs facilities facing the industrial community, especially the exporting public, and to overcome all obstacles regarding the delay in completing exports, and to speed up the granting of true copies of export certificates, the Customs Authority's Instructions circular No. (49) of 2023 was issued which explains:

Customs sites that operate according to the Nafeza system exchange full export by sending export release permits.

Proof of complete export to the registration customs on the Nafeza platform

Dealing with official e-mail at the level of customs areas that are not linked to the Nafeza platform at a specific point of contact approved by the head of the central directoritate or the competent general director to exchange the complete export between the registration site and the final export site.
