Reminder import circular No. (16) of 2024:

Considering the date of the delivery receipt provided by the carrier as one of the documents proving the date of shipment, which is circulated in Import Circular No. 19 of 2010, so in the event that the person concerned submits the delivery receipt from the carrier, its date shall be considered when customs verify its validity and meet the established rules.
