In implementation of the provisions of the Customs Law No. 207 of 2020 and its executive regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. 430 of 2021, and to ensure the proper functioning and regularity of work, the Instructions of the commissioner of the Egyptian Customs Authority No. (18) of 2024 were issued

Take into account the following:

First: the cancellation of the work with Circular of the Instructions No. (43) of 2023 issued regarding the inadmissibility of any of the customs departments concerned with referring the goods present in the ports or temporary stores, including the goods that can be damage selling it except after the presentation with a memorandum to the presidency of the authority prepared by the relevant customs administration, which includes a statement of the state of the goods, and the date of its expiration, if any.

Second: The commitment of the customs departments concerned with the procedures for referring goods to the idler and the procedures for selling these goods in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law No. 207 of 2020 and its executive regulations, as of the first of April 2024.
